2. Three Essential Website Pages

Additional Pages: Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, FAQ, Services, and other pages beyond the three included pages are available at an additional charge, subject to quotation and approval.

3. Free Domain Registration for the First Year

One eligible domain registration is included for the first year, subject to availability and confirmation.

• Domain ownership and management arrangements confirmed during the project

Domain Renewal: From the second year onward, the customer is responsible for domain renewal fees. Renewal costs depend on the domain extension, registrar, and applicable pricing.

GratDeal may assist with domain renewal upon request, subject to any agreed service charges.

Failure to renew a domain before its expiration may result in website inaccessibility or loss of the domain name.

4. Google Blogger Hosting

Your website will use Google’s Blogger platform, which provides hosting for standard Blogger websites without requiring a separate paid hosting subscription.

Benefits include:

• No separate paid web-hosting plan required for standard Blogger functionality
• No routine server administration required
• Access to Google’s Blogger publishing dashboard
• Ability to manage pages and publish blog posts

Blogger hosting is subject to Google’s terms, policies, and service availability.

Domain registration and renewal fees are separate from Blogger hosting.

5. Three Initial Blog Posts

We will upload and format up to three initial blog posts using customer-supplied or mutually agreed content.

This includes:

• Creating and publishing up to three initial posts
• Basic text formatting
• Adding suitable headings
• Inserting customer-provided images where appropriate
• Organizing the initial content for readability

Original research, extensive professional copywriting, premium stock images, and additional articles are not included unless separately agreed.

6. Basic SEO Setup

Our Basic Package includes essential search engine optimization configuration to help establish a search-friendly website structure.

Included SEO services:

• Basic website title and description configuration
• SEO-friendly page titles and headings
• Basic on-page content formatting
• Relevant meta description setup where supported
• Basic URL and navigation structure
• Google Search Console setup and configuration, subject to verification requirements
• Sitemap submission or configuration where applicable
• Basic preparation for search engine crawling and indexing

SEO Disclaimer: Search engine optimization setup does not guarantee Google indexing, specific keyword rankings, first-page placement, organic traffic, or business enquiries. Search engines independently determine crawling, indexing, and ranking.

7. Basic Contact Form and Social Media Links

• Integration of up to two agreed social media links

Depending on the implementation, the basic contact form may open the visitor’s email application instead of submitting information directly through a server.

Advanced form processing, database storage, automated email notifications, CRM integration, and paid third-party form services are not included unless separately agreed.

8. Website Ownership and Account Handover

Your website will be created using your own Google account or an agreed Google account designated for your business.

Customer ownership and access:

• Website setup under the customer’s designated Google account
• Full administrative control after project completion and settlement of all outstanding payments
• Agreed website configuration and access handover
• Customer control over the website’s content and Blogger settings
• Domain registration under customer-controlled details or transfer of domain control as agreed, subject to registrar policies

The customer retains ownership of their supplied content, brand materials, and other assets they are legally entitled to own. Rights to the delivered custom work will be transferred as agreed upon full payment.

Any third-party templates, premium themes, licensed images, software, or other licensed components remain subject to their respective licensing conditions.

For security, GratDeal may request temporary administrative access through Blogger’s available permissions instead of asking customers to disclose personal Google account passwords.

After handover, the customer is responsible for maintaining access to their Google account, domain registrar account, and other relevant third-party services.

9. Delivery Within Five Working Days

The estimated project delivery period is five working days, beginning after:

• The required 50% advance payment has been received
• The customer has supplied the necessary website information and content
• Domain preferences have been confirmed
• Required account access and approvals have been provided

Delivery may be extended if the customer delays providing information, domain registration encounters difficulties, or additional requirements are introduced.

The delivery period is an estimate rather than an unconditional guarantee.

10. Basic Blogger Dashboard Training

We provide basic guidance to help customers manage their websites after handover.

Basic training covers:

• Accessing the Blogger Dashboard
• Creating and editing blog posts
• Editing existing pages
• Uploading images
• Understanding basic publishing controls

This is introductory guidance only. Advanced Blogger development, HTML/CSS training, technical SEO training, and ongoing website management are not included.

11. One Week of Free Technical Support

Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required before website development begins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request cancellation in accordance with GratDeal’s published Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, GratDeal may deduct reasonable, documented charges for work already completed, time spent on the project, domain registration, and any approved third-party costs incurred.

Any refundable balance will be calculated and returned in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

Where required, GratDeal will provide an explanation of the deductions applied.

Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the project’s progress, costs already incurred, the circumstances of cancellation, and applicable legal requirements.

Important Package Terms and Conditions

Package Scope: This Basic Package covers only the services and deliverables expressly listed in this description.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must provide accurate business information, content, images, contact details, domain preferences, necessary access permissions, and timely approvals.

Website Ownership: The customer will receive the agreed ownership rights and administrative control after full payment and handover, subject to applicable third-party licensing and registrar requirements.

Design Revisions: Corrections within the agreed design scope are included. Additional design concepts, extensive revisions, or substantial layout changes may incur extra charges.

Additional Pages: Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and any other pages beyond the three included pages require a separate quotation and additional payment.

Additional Services: E-commerce features, online payment gateways, custom software development, advanced SEO, premium themes, extensive content creation, and integrations outside the agreed scope are not included.

Domain and Hosting: First-year eligible domain registration is included. Domain renewal fees apply after the first year. Standard Google Blogger hosting does not require a separate paid hosting plan.

Third-Party Services: Google Blogger, Google Search Console, domain registrars, and any external services are subject to their respective terms, policies, and availability.

Maintenance: Ongoing website maintenance is not included after the one-week free technical support period unless a separate service agreement is made.
